[00:03:32] Alba doesn't really care about all these rules because he's only at the high school to train him.

[00:03:37] He's just there for his training arm, Chuchu.

[00:03:39] Just this guy decides to stalk him to make sure he follows the rules when he runs into Fuhyunah,

[00:03:45] a teacher at the school who's getting tormented by some of her students.

[00:03:49] Ah, David, kids are the fucking worst.

[00:03:53] While tailing him, Senior Justiceia walks through a portal or hollow into another world where he sees Alba

[00:06:21] Eliminating them if you will and destroy my chibi guests of when they were straight up going

[00:06:25] to say the phrase shadow eliminators as we've already seen.

[00:06:28] We did not like this for chapter I think is a good way of putting it.

[00:06:30] No, it's not a great chapter.

[00:06:32] This is the quick essential.

[00:06:34] This is the author's first work.

[00:07:26] Be like the main character or the main point of view character.

[00:07:29] And he has to work glasses so you know he's all about rules.

[00:07:35] He's so annoying.

[00:07:38] But no David, his grandpa was a cop who died.

[00:07:41] He's studying spiders in the Amazon.

[00:07:59] And that's what this manga turns into.

[00:08:00] And he's something.

[00:08:02] It's like that one about the assassin Japan.

[00:08:04] What if the emperors was actually like feudal Japan Makama and he was like, oh, now I see why people

[00:08:09] needed to kill her.

[00:08:09] That would have been actually a very interesting plot twist.

[00:08:12] It didn't even think of chainsaw man specifically part two chapter one.

[00:08:16] We're like, when I was at like kills that teacher and that girl.

[00:08:20] Like a Chicago man, he'll have style, style, citation.

[00:08:23] You know, my MLA.

[00:08:25] I wonder what the MLA rule for citing manga is.

[00:08:29] There has to be one, right?

[00:08:54] Here's the thing persona gets around it by making everything in a

[00:08:59] Metaverse or some alternate world that's like a shadow world.

[00:09:02] And then guess what, David?

[00:09:04] But when you kill the shadow in that world, there are real consequences

[00:09:08] in the real world.

[00:09:09] You know, the guy who's shadowed you kills has a heart attack or something

[00:09:14] or dies or something.

[00:09:16] Yeah.

[00:09:16] Even in persona, there are real world consequences.

[00:09:19] They're just don't seem to be it.

[00:09:21] That's why I fucking love witchwatch where her secret up being a witch got out and they

[00:09:26] said, okay, cool.

[00:09:26] So I guess it's just magic.

[00:09:28] And then the world just adjusted to their being witches, which was really fun.

[00:09:31] They didn't have a super, super horoshy had like a memory or a race or plot.

[00:09:34] They literally took everyone flying.

[00:09:35] You know, it was a great time.

[00:09:36] This series is not doing that because the offer clearly is afraid of fucking around the

[00:09:39] staff's quote too much in creating his own world.

[00:09:41] This really made me realize how much I hate the trope of people for getting when something happens.

[00:09:48] Oh man, we forgot because we were in like a mystical world and I just don't remember.

[00:09:54] That sucks.

[00:09:55] I will say it is funny that they literally created a school.

[00:09:58] They made a school club about dealing with monsters, which again, it's okay.

[00:10:01] So it is out in the open, but you're hiding the fun parts of this, so it just feels very awkward now.

[00:10:05] It's not, oh there's demons, but don't worry, we've got the student club that deals with it.

[00:10:09] What are you worried about it?

[00:10:10] Which it sounds like a fun idea.

[00:10:13] It seemed like it was supposed to be like a business.

[00:10:16] They were starting, like, it's like a flyers.

[00:10:18] The point is that they're very open that they're finding these monsters.

[00:10:22] So it feels like we're going to complain a lot about how it doesn't seem the setup doesn't make sense with actual execution.

[00:10:34] We meet her and she's like, oh, just this guy.

[00:10:36] Let me talk about threads here and then he gets knocked out and he wakes up, but she's just like shadows.

[00:10:42] But they turn into Cassanae and it's like, apropos of nothing, she just continues her exposition dump.

[00:10:48] Yeah, it's so stupid.

[00:10:50] Which also was a sign of not very well.

[00:10:51] Again, this is like just a, this is like actually pretty good to study how to not make it good for chapters in new offer.

[00:10:56] This may be the best value of this series.

[00:10:59] There were multiple moments where I had to reread a couple panels, like a bunch of times to figure out what the fuck has

[00:11:06] happened.

[00:11:07] Like when he jumped into the pool to get the hangar chip, I was like, where did the hangar chip come from?

[00:11:12] What was he doing there?

[00:11:13] Yeah, it's kind of like, all right, I don't understand this, but that's Jordan's job.

[00:11:19] There's one last topic I want to bring up and I saw it murmured in the discord, but apparently the series has like a lot of kind of soft BL elements or boy love.

[00:11:27] I feel knowing that reading the first chapter, I can see it, but apparently the series does not go far enough because that also would have been interesting is at least make the series really game.

[00:11:36] You know, because that's what the offer I think wanted to do.
