[02:28.640 --> 02:32.480] Naita has been trying to fight back by controlling people to fight for her, [02:32.480 --> 02:34.960] but it's not looking good. She asked Fumiko for help, [02:34.960 --> 02:38.960] but Fumiko bails because she's a fucking diarrhea woman, David. [02:38.960 --> 02:45.120] And the reason is that, like, Naita is like, but our family just got killed. [02:45.120 --> 02:50.000] And Fumiko looks at her and says, oh, family, I thought they were just pets. [02:50.000 --> 02:54.080] Fucking unbelievable. What a actual bitch. [02:54.080 --> 02:57.600] What a fucking diarrhea woman, which is what Naita calls her. [02:57.600 --> 02:59.840] I love how everyone's like Fumiko is useless and they're like, [02:59.840 --> 03:02.720] just wait till you say it. And then Fujimoto is like, nah, dog. [03:02.720 --> 03:05.440] She is actually completely fucking useless. [03:05.440 --> 03:09.040] God. Oh, my God. I'm starting to like her too. What the fuck? [03:09.040 --> 03:12.240] Fuck you, Fumiko. Fuck you. Popcorn David. [03:12.240 --> 03:16.240] Barram then drags himself over and says that she is a devil and tells the mob to kill her. [03:16.240 --> 03:20.080] Naita takes control of someone and has them pick Dennis up and take him to safety. [03:20.080 --> 03:22.720] And now the mob has turned down Naita. She's fighting back, [03:22.720 --> 03:26.400] using members of the crowd to attack each other. But then Barram pulls a gun on her. [03:26.400 --> 03:28.720] I don't know why I thought that wasn't Barram. You're probably right. [03:28.720 --> 03:33.200] No, I didn't think it was at first, but in the reread, I noticed that it was Barram. [03:33.200 --> 03:34.640] Oh, OK. Yeah. [03:34.640 --> 03:36.800] Didn't know that's fair. And then so, Jordan, why do you think this week's [03:36.800 --> 03:39.600] chapter was a 10 out of 10? This was another kind of it's hard because [03:39.600 --> 03:42.560] there was a lot of action, but this still feels like a build up chapter. [03:42.560 --> 03:47.520] Yeah, I really liked this chapter. You know, poor Naita is starting to get pushed into a corner. [03:47.520 --> 03:52.160] She hasn't really had to feel that way for a while because, I mean, she's the fucking control devil. [03:52.160 --> 03:55.120] I mean, we learn a little bit about her her limitations. [03:55.120 --> 03:59.040] She can only control three people at once, probably because she's a kid, you know? [03:59.040 --> 04:04.560] Yeah, but like there was kind of a bittersweet moment where she has somebody picked Enji up [04:04.560 --> 04:09.280] and run him to safety, as I said, and then she has she has the guy say to him, [04:10.080 --> 04:14.640] see, I thought you didn't need me. Like, I guess you were wrong, basically. [04:14.640 --> 04:20.160] And yeah, not a great situation, David. It's really not. No. [04:20.160 --> 04:23.440] I do have to say, though, despite Fumiko being a huge piece of shit and leaving, [04:23.440 --> 04:26.560] you have to respect it that this is how you stay alive in Chainsaw Man. I also just saw the [06:44.960 --> 06:49.440] Final Fantasy concept series is finally coming back to New York. So I'm excited to book my [06:49.440 --> 06:55.120] ticket. That sounds cool. What else? I think this is also really setting up to really show [06:55.120 --> 07:00.160] how different Naota is from Makama. Something important to remember is Naota is not immortal, [07:00.160 --> 07:04.080] which definitely is adding a lot of tension. Imagine if she still had that deal and he shoots [07:04.080 --> 07:08.160] her and she just regenerates and like one of them is and one of the people in the crowd is the [07:08.160 --> 07:14.400] random citizen that dies in her place. Oh, God. Yeah, that would be fucking awesome. Jesus Christ. [07:15.440 --> 07:20.000] She's not old enough to do that yet. She hasn't gained that ability at this point. [07:20.000 --> 07:24.000] Yeah, but she has gained the ability to be the best character in Chainsaw Man. [07:24.080 --> 07:27.200] She's pretty fucking good. I like Naota a lot.
